These two square off! Who wins?

They might square off but can they keep running in circles while being stuck in a love triangle?

The only time I remember them fighting I think Venom bit off a piece of Sandman and ate it. Sandman basically crapped his pants and ran away - or something like that?

Have they had other fights?

The symbiote would find his weak spot and it would be game per for Sandman.
