All those hacks and cheats for, say, CS:Go, are being made by devs of CS:Go. All online games do this. Either by devs autonomously or with approval by the parent company.
Why? Because of the money. Hacks make quite a bit of coin. This is too good a source of income for dlc selling money grubbers to not monetize.
Of course, they can't do it officially.
But occam's razor, is it more likely third parties sell this stuff, or people intimitely familiar with the code because they designed it?
