Burg from Mandalorian chapter 6 vs Black Krrsantan.

No weapons pure H2H.

Black Krrsantan, no question. Burg was tough, sure, but Black Krrsantan is nearly unstoppable. Krrsantan went toe-to-toe with Kenobi nine years after Revenge of the Sith, and largely overpowered the Jedi Master. He has knocked out Chewbacca when the two fought on Vrogas Vas. He regularly kills other wookiees with his bare hands for sport, being the only wookiee known to willingly enter death matches against other wookiees for the entertainment of others. He's also got metal implants in his knuckles, so even without his taser knuckles from Book of Boba Fett, he still basically has knuckle dusters implanted in his skin.

Krrsantan is strong enough to knock out a dowutin in one punch. dowutins are some of the physically strongest and most durable alien species in Star Wars canon, with even non-Force sensitive dowutins being capable of shrugging direct blaster fire with no body armor (as depicted in Midnight Horizon, by Daniel Jose Older). Burg just really has nothing on Black K.
