Think he's just enjoying being retired or is he still helping from behind the scenes? We haven't heard anything from him since Endgame, dude just gave his shield away and hasn't made a peep since.

It's fine if he doesn't, but would be cool if he had some sort of non-combat role in the future.

Since Peggy passed away, I could see him teaming-up with Fury in outer space.

Isaiah Bradley proved that getting old only slightly hampers a super-soldier, so even as a senior, Steve is probably far stronger than normal people and could still outmuscle some low-level superhumans. I could see him doing some behind the scenes stuff after he gets restless leg syndrome.

I could see him doing a cameo in Captain America 4, but likely little more.
