Which Aquaman? It depends on how exotic wonderman goes. Is he teleworking, changing shape, growing, using Aries attacks, going ad he did when he beat the shit out of Abom or Rulk hand to hand?

Both characters can be pretty inconsistent. I'd honestly give this to Simon on average but sometimes exotic powers for Arthur would be just too much to match

Simon never 'beat the sh|t" out of Abomination. He was actually getting destroyed until he exploited Abom's seeming energy vulnerabliity (something Thor did later too) to win. If it wasn't for that livewire, Simon would have been dead.
