There is literally nothing Count Dooku have done that Darth Malgus could not replicate and more. Palpatine's assessment of Darth Malgus is correct - he was a virtually unstoppable warrior sustained by rage and his battlefield feats were never duplicated. Palpatine also learned how to create a Force Maelstrom from the archives of Darth Malgus which in itself is one of the most powerful expressions of the Force in combat situations. Darth Malgus is very likely to overwhelm Count Dooku with powers.

I am not sure how some members side with Count Dooku in this contest. A man could not handle 30 odd pirates out in the open.

Malgus wins.
