He seems closer then even Kim Jong Un to launching nukes, it seems very scary and getting closer to an inevitability.

The UK has a higher military budget than Russia with a much smaller armed forces and nuclear arsenal to maintain and a Trident whistle-blower a few years back leaked evidence that the UK's nuclear deterrent was so dilapidated that not only could they not test fire the missiles, they couldn't even do the test to show they could test fire them.






I imagine most of Russia's nukes are sitting rusting in bunkers or on broken down mobile platforms.

Most of the high technology modern weapons they showcase on TV have extremely limited numbers and often aren't even combat operational. They're for show.
