who wins

rachel was often a mess. she has a couple great showings but wasn't consistent enough to win this. especially if you just want to focus on the gl highs--which many will do. i think she's capable of winning, but i'd say the gl's take it for a good majority. rachel isn't jean, and showed too many cracks. even at her best rachel wasn't dark phoenix.

Poor Rachel, Marvel never showed her any love when she was the PF host and kinda glossed over her during the AvX event that was centered on the Phoenix Force (despite the fact that Rachel hosted the Force for the longest period of time and never lost control or anything).

Having said that, the GLs win.

back in 80s and early 90s rachel phoenix has feats far surpass those of GLs

like overwhelming post retcon beyonder

she has merged earth 616 with an alternative reality with her subconscious

overpowered Necron and survived destruction and birth of a star

defeated galactus

that's all true. and even with just an echo of the force she was a match for gladiator. all those things together should be enough. just goes to show how badly they dealt with her. jean had a similar issue initially. a cosmic powered hero on a team? why bother with a team? so they create silly scenarios to take out the big gun and keep the others from being redundant. i like rachel--even without the force she's opened a black hole ffs. she's uber enough to be all a gl can handle WITHOUT the full force. she really was just all over. she COULD (maybe even should) win it. but she wouldn't. at least not a majority imo.

Depends on if we use her full capacity or average I guess

Characters who fluctuate way too much are hard to judge
