I'd so I'd say Ellison has superior senses than Matt. Matt I'd say still wins in a Battle because IIRC Ellison could only focus on one sense at a time, Matt can use all his at once.

I don't expect WM to make sense - ever - but he was pretty obsessed with old films and TV shows lately, so that's a good guess.
