Con Air is not a good movie, but it's a fun guilty pleasure of mine.

But a part 2 after so long and with Nick Cage being so old? Nah.

I had to check the start date of this thread wasnt April 1st.

Also IIRC this film made me stop laughing at the idea of Cage playing Superman (because that was a thing back then).

The Nic Cage Superman would have been absurdly marvelous.

Con Air is a masterpiece, released the same Summer as Air Force One. My mom took my brother and I to go see them both. Great year for terrorist plane movies with great antagonists (Gary Oldman and John Malkovich two thumbs way up). Sequel? I'd never expect it, but would watch it.
