More like it was a sexual assault, though if the victim is mind-controlled and can't give a solid and clear consent - it's considered as a rape by most laws.

You'd need somebody to deal with Jean's TP, other(s) to deal with the physical strength on the battlefield, the energy manipulation of Storm/Captain Marvel and some of the hax.
