Mystique shapeshifts into a rhino.

Vixen takes on the powers of said rhino and charges.

Unfortunately, Mystique's rhino doesn't actually have rhino level strength or durability, and Mystique uses her superior skills to karate chop Vixen in the neck.

Mystique wins.
