marvel earth has minds like reed, stark, t'challa, valeria, doom, etc. they could easily counter skynet.

That's almost impossible to determine since all of these Marvel AIs/Tech and Skynet easily trump real world tech and unlike strength for example we can't take a look at quantifiable stuff like different weights being lifted and take the one with the highest lifted.

With hacking you basically can only create a hierarchy of tech/Ai in their particular universe. We don't have universal units for hacking like we do have for speed, strength etc. We don't see characters hacking into systems and someone saying "OMG he's hacking over 9000 hackunits in 1 minute" all you could do is compare their OPness to the real world technology and draw conclusions from that and then comics easily trump the Terminator movies because the have shit on a way higher level in general plus things like aliens, supernatural stuff, magic and so on.

Integrate, sure, why not, but it's far more likely that the above mentioned, Stark, Ultron et al would hack Skynet than vice versa.

Integrated with the same kill humanity algorithm though which would in turn still be Skynet. Ultron would willingly integrate with Skynet, Sentinel programming would likely become corrupted, and new Sentinels would be born. Some of the Terminator units themselves are actually more advanced than a vast majority of Sentinels in existence.
