Can Storm summons the winds of destiny that put out the Human Torch?

Lightning bolts are faster than Johnny. Storm ftw.

Storm should oneshot though the question arises of the lightning will hurt him in his plasma form

Classic Torch vs Classic Storm is a win for Storm. Current HT is powered up so I don't know.

Seems like a quickdraw to me. Neither has any appreciable durability against the other's attacks. Whoever lands the first major hit wins.
