Can these two stand off?

Forearm's arms would have to be pretty quick to catch Quicksilver, so unless his arms have some great speed feats I haven't seen...

On the other hand Quicksilver has clotheslined himself on outstretched arms a few times in his career and Forearm has four of them to run into.
