Well, he absorbed creation and went to war with The Presence. Spectre was one of the defeated, as was the entire hosts of heaven.

Yeah, he wasn't Presence level, at all. He had only begun to reabsorb Creation, and was pretty quickly defeated.

Pre-retcon Synarr was the true Demiurge, he created everything except "God" (Michael, Lucifer, etc...). Despite all that, Mxy still wins. He destroyed and recreated all of DC with a snap of his fingers.
