Yaddle was an esteemed member of the Jedi Council for a long time. Then she abruptly stepped down from the Council after Qui-Gon's death, and went missing.

So why didn't the Jedi put more effort into figuring out this mystery? Maybe pull some CCTV footage, or follow her ship's tracking beacon?

^ We dont know what they thought about her disappearance yet. But in terms of tracking her, im sure the Sith covered her tracks.

Well we don't really know how Yaddle's resignation went down. She may have expressed complete angst and disillusion with the Council, to the point where it was expected for her to leave the Order all together(not unlike Dooku.) Hence why they may not have tried to locate her afterward -- once you walk away from the Jedi, you're basically on your own.

Aside from that, Dooku is the same guy who was able to cover up the death of Sifo-Dyas and the creation of the entire Clone army... So concealing Yaddle's death would have probably been pretty easy in comparison. I mean, if Dooku was able to delete the existence of an entire world from the Jedi archives, then he surely would have been able to erase any evidence of Yaddle leaving the Temple at the same time as himself. Then it would just be a matter of destroying her body and her ship.

That said, the Council would have almost certainly questioned why Yaddle was never seen or heard from again, but given the above possibilities, I'm not sure what they could have really done outside of a generic investigation or w/e..?
