Ben has all of his film feats
Namor has his spear

Who wins

Composite Ben is stronger no doubt, but he'll never lay a finger on Namor and Namor's strength plus the Spear would end up with Ben looking like a cave complex with a lot of holes.

The spear creates the winning advantage. Without it the fight goes to Ben.

The Thing has done nothing of note in the movies. What are his best feats? Barely holding onto a fire truck that was going off a bridge, helping to hold up a falling ferris wheel, and in the even worse FF4 movie, he punched a tree and knocked out Reed.

Namor stomps with or without spear. Speed and skill is to much.

Ben lifts the London Eye which weighs over 2000 tons.
Namor doesn't have any superhuman speed in h2h combat. He can only fly fast. But he doesn't fly around when fighting grounded opponents.

Like I said, he wins with the spear and loses without it.
