Thor isn't a great mage, even with the Odin Force. He'd loose a battle of magic vs magic. Physically he'd likely win. Overall, magic like BFR spells may be all that is needed to get the win for Fate, especially if Thor threw the hammer and was ported to lands unknown before it's return to his hand.

I feel that it's more reasonable to think that Fate would win this, but Thor has a chance
