Dooku at best vs Vader from the Kenobi show at best who wins in:

3. Dooku. Vader has a more stronger telekinetic abilities, but his suit sensitive for the force lightning.
4. Dooku in a 1-2 minutes.

4. Dooku in a 1-2 minutes. Vader's suit isn't really weak to FL. He's soaked Sidious's lightning a few different times in the comics now.

2. Here's the biggest question in the contest. Obi-Wan, in his final duel against Vader in Kenobi, had "regained his strength," and was functionally fighting on the level of RotS Obi-Wan (prior to receiving his huge amp that let him overcome Vader). Vader initially had the advantage until the duel moved to the more rocky, narrow terrain where Kenobi's fighting style had a more clear advantage (The Grand Inquisitor explicitly calls out Form III as being well suited to close quarters fighting, while Vader's fighting style uses a lot of broad sweeping strikes that were impeded by the narrow terrain). Even in those close quarters that favored Kenobi's style, Vader landed a solid strike to Obi-Wan's face and was in general doing fairly well before removing Kenobi from the fight with the Force.

In RotS, Count Dooku explicitly could not overcome Obi-Wan's mastery of Form III in direct bladework, and instead resorted to using the Force to dispatch Obi-Wan. Couple Dooku's rough parity to Obi-Wan as a duelist woth the fact that Vader's strength-based style has a clear advantage over Dooku's finesse-based Makashi, and I'm inclined to give Vader the edge in an actual lightsaber duel. This is further exasperated by Vader's far greater level of stamina and durability. Even if Dooku lands a few glancing blows and minor cuts on Vader, they won't impede Vader in the same fashion they took out Kenobi in Episode II. Vader can very easily fight through minor lightsaber strikes and brute force through Dooku in an even more aggressive way than Anakin did.

3. Vader is so far beyond Dooku in TK that it's not even a contest. And Anakin was regularly blocking Dooku's Force Lightning with his lightsaber throughout TCW. No reason to think Vader couldn't do the same.

4. Vader takes it. Superior physical ability, a stylistic advantage coupled with at least rough parity in dueling skill, and far, far greater displays of Force ability all put him above Dooku in my mind. Dooku might stand a better chance against early 2017 comics Vader, when Vader struggled against the likes of Eeth Koth. But here? Vader should take it.

In RotJ, Vader's suit was compromised, with exposed electrical wiring due to Luke having cut off Vader's hand. What's more, Sidious was pumping out enough Force lightning to kill one of the most powerful Force wielders in the universe (Luke). Pretty much any character would have died to that level of Force lightning from Palpatine. Just because it's what got the killing blow doesn't mean Vader is particularly vulnerable to Force lightning. If anything, Vader's ability to lift Palpatine in the air with one arm, walk several steps, and chuck Palpatine down a shaft all while being absolutely fried with the same Force lightning that completely crippled Luke on contact shows that Vader is particularly resilient to Force lightning, not vulnerable.

Nope. Perhaps Palpatine or Yoda are that good. Vader is not. He might be stronger then Dooku in terms of TK on a pure, raw contest of it. But in the middle of duel, or when it comes to combine some other Force powers, Dooku is well above Vader. While having interior TK, he has superior feats when it comes to subdue his opponents by it. Like stomping ROTS Kenobi or master Tiplar with that. Also, stomping Aotc Anakin with FL and TK combined. Stomping Ventress and two other nightsisters at once, while being drugged and blinded.

And when you have a 'Force' part, do not defend Vader with his lightsaber. All-out is for that.

Kenobi wasn't amped during his duel with Vader. He was constantly forcing him back with his bladework, and due to that was alble to overcome Vader on TK in all-out. When he tried to attack Vader after a short pause on their saber duel, Vader easily overpowered him. And would do that again, even against this - as many of guys here is calling it - amped version. Kenobi won due to combining his TK with bladework. Something, that Dooku is far greater at. So in all-out I dont even think that Vader's TK will be more effective then Dooku's. In Force only, Vader indeed would overpower Dooku with TK. But Dooku Tales this due to FL and Vader's lack of lightsaber.
