How will this play out?

I can't see us marching in and forcing the militants to heel, not yet. But I'm also uncertain if this can be handled by African leaders because of how fragmented the country is.

Think of Afghanistan and how many of the soldiers we trained sided with Isis, we could easily see Generals we thought sided with Democracy suddenly turning towards their own capitals.

Ahh, the African's love nothing more than killing other Africans, from Uganda to Biafra, from Rwanda to the CAR. It is what it is.
