Admittedly my recollection on the specifics of Zero Hour are fuzzy, so forgive me for any errors, but wasnt Parallax only able to destroy realities by applying what power he did have to a fundamental nexus of DC space/time and that had the knock on effect of destroying realities?

If so, that would be significantly less impressive than outright destroying a reality directly with his power and quite a bit below absorbing a universes energy and recreating it.

It'd be like removing or attacking keystones in a structure resulting in the wider structure toppling and creating far more knock-on damage than you could do directly with your own hands.

If im remembering incorrectly then please let me know.

He destroyed the reality by releasing entropy in the time stream, he then went on to create a universe and almost the entire multiverse which was destroyed in COIE and would've done it, if not for Spectre.

So no, he's quite beyond universal level sise neg.

Sise-Neg held all of time and spacew ithin him and became the Supreme Being after absorbing from multiple realities. Whether he decided to re-create one universe at the end of his journey or multiple is irrelevant when the words of the narrator state he had all existing energy within him.

All the energy was spent in creating one universe only. No wonder marvel cosmics are so weak. Even Living Tribunal couldn't create a universe from scratch like Parallax did.
