Who wins?

Wasn't there two versions of Mandrakk? One full powered one and one depowered one?

At full power, Mandrakk should stomp effortlessly. Depowered, I see CK winning.

How will Mandrakk defeat him? The Chaos King had to be BFR'ed to a diff universe in order to "defeat him". That means no universal entity could stop him. Since BFR is not an option here.
