I want to have characters that the Skrulls have no experience with - they've never met Kryptonians or Atlanteans, plus Aquaman will bring plenty of resources (mages, tech, armies). Same with Black Panther, with the added bonus that he's actually beaten the Skrulls when they came for Wakanda IIRC.
