He has virtually no feats, Korvac wins

Yeah, 3rd World Gog is hard to gauge.

On one hand he gets dropped by Citizen Steel and decapitated by KC Supes. On the other hand he was soaking attacks from T-bolt.

He *should* be immensely powerful, but his feats don't really support that.

Kang is a multiversal threat, Korvac isn't.

And therein lies the problem. People hate the multiverse with the exception of the Spiderman movie.
