That 70s show was a good show and now there's That 90s show as a compliment, but rape is never okay.

The first time this was tried, there was a mistrial, with the jury leaning towards acquital. This time, he was acquitted of one of the three charges. That leads me to believe this is a weak case, and there is a strong possibility it will be overturned on appeal.

The first time this was tried, the judge did not permit the discussion of Scientology because it was considered prejudicial, so his defense is likely going to argue that it was improper to permit the discussion of Scientology in the second trial, and get the conviction overturned on those grounds.
