Why is Milkman Man even there? He's a lesser derivative of Ahl.

But you can't even compare Ahl and Cosmic Armor Superman because of how few feats they have and how different their story concepts are. The Cosmic Armor is a cosmic weapon meant to be used against Mandrakk. Ahl is the god and progenitor of all superheroes, and therefore can't be defeated (except when the villain "cleverly" abuses the meta-text and finds a narrative loop-hole).

Neither of them has any notable feats to begin with. You could scale the Cosmic Armor to Mandrakk, and rely on Mandrakk's defeat of the Spectre and Radiant, but that's it.
