Luke Cage.

Well, without his Mace he's imo def screwed, but it'll be a fight. With his Mace its a lot closer. Hawkman is hard to gauge. Sometimes he seems to have low level superstrength and at other times he's a lightweight powerhouse.

I know the DCEU movie Black Adam made him look good in strength and durability, but that's just a movie however.

There have been many different Hawkmen. And they all keep getting retconned more often than any other DC characters.

Cage has fluctuated wildly in his feats... but on average, he should win more often than not.
