As much as I love Godzilla outside of this very specific comic book and a few black holes throughout different issues, he doesn't have a lot of space cheese feats which is really going to set him down on the list when compared to other heralds and heroes like Thor surfer Superman etc.

But since we are using this very specific version, I don't see any real way for Thor to put him down permanently as he can just regen from nothing. And he also one shot god or the devil or whoever he killed, but that being doesn't have many feats to gauge off of.

And current Thor is so far all over the place if you pick up any random comment he could range from street level character to a skyfather.
