Live-action Street Fighter movie vs the first Mortal Kombat movie: Guile vs Liu Kang. Only feats from these particular movies count.

The legendary Raul Julia did all he could whilst suffering from stomach cancer to sell the fight scenes with Van Damme, but the SF clashes can't compare with an in his prime professional martial artist Robin Shou's A+ kombat scenes in MK.

Guile has an insane feat though in SF: he jumps like 30-feet+ from Charlie's/Blanka's transformation pod to give Bison a flying kick. That is superhuman level.

However, Liu has his own superhuman bicycle kick, the no-look grab and throw on a camoflouged Reptile in Outworld, his fireball energy projection special move, and fighting multiple superhuman opponents (Sub-Zero, Reptile, and Shang Tsung) on his list of feats.

Liu takes the colonel down.
