The initial blitz from the Flashes and Kryptonians backed up by a secondary assault from the mystics and psychics means BIG trouble for Team Marvel.
StiltmanFTW
Even Falcon can solo those losers.

I think numerical superiority goes too much to DC here.
Marvel has some decent heavy hitters on that lineup - but not enough to counter Superman, Supergirl, Power Girl, Shazam, Wonder Woman, Manhunter, Firestorm, Captain Atom, Dr. Light, four Green Lanterns, Fate and Zatanna, Flash, and others. Avengers don't have Strange for some reason and they are lacking in magic, psychics, and speedsters.
But, the Avengers do have Starbrand and Captain Universe and both of them have the potential to make up some of that gap. It's hard to gauge them. Maybe if they go all out...
Then again Swamp Thing is in there and maybe he's different now but didn't he used to operate on a pretty high level too?
So SB and CU are X-factors, but I think DC can comfortably take the majority. Numbers, speed, and big strength in magic favor them.

Don't forget what seems to be the only telepath there, Martian Manhunter.
"S-SO MUCH RAGE!!!!" He'd say, as he tries to read Hulk's mind and passes out.....

Currently, those heavy hitters aren't the most powerful. Raven and Beast Boy are. The Titans are apart of Justice League Unlimited now. Swamp Thing as well.
