So David and his group of vampires (from The Lost boys movies) are in Barrow, Alaska, along with Michael and Star. They also have the old dude, David's master. Michael is not a full vampire yet, he is as he was when he killed David in The Lost boys movie. Sam and the Frog Brothers, along with Sam's dog, are right on their tail, tracking them in an attempt to kill them, and save Michael. Before they can square off for battle, the events of 30 Days of night happen. The 30 Days of night vampires begin killing the civilians.

David and the Frog Brothers watch from afar as the 30 Days of night vampires tear the town apart, killing civilians. They decide to temporarily team up to destroy the 30 Days of night vampires. If they win the battle, they will resume their battle with each other.

How do you guys see this playing out?

Hmm the 30 days vampires were a lot more vicious. Unless im overlooking something, they destroy the Lost Boys.

You're forgetting about the Frog Brothers. They fought much tougher opponents. Plus the 30 days vampires have the same weaknesses as the Lost boys vampires.
