This is Frieza from Namek arc (first form)

the movie stated that bardock's pl was 10,000. so his pl with the ssj multiplier would be 500,000, and chilled was weaker than that. frieza had a pl of 530,000.

frieza wins.

^ If we're sticking with the 10k figure from the film, then it's only fair to consider that Bardock likely received a zenkai after healing from Freeza's planet-buster. After all, it was stated that the injuries he received were severe, and he also had several days to recover before fighting Chilled. So even if Bardock's PL only increased to 11k, that would still put him at 550k as a SS1, and considerably above 1st form Freeza... Which means Chilled might've actually been really close to Freeza's level.

And it also depends which medium's depiction of their final beam-struggle we use. The anime short made it look like SS1 Bardock was pressed to overpower Chilled's blast... But in the manga, Bardock easily overpowered it. Since neither depiction is "canon", I'm not sure if one is more acceptable than the other. /shrug

Either way, I think Freeza wins... But if we allow for the above variables, it might be a very close fight.

Zenkai boosts historically have been huge boosts in power, but we can't very well judge just how much Bardock would have increased, it could be anywhere between 11k to 50k or more. It's very unlikely it was a massive boost however.

Edit: Actually, after rewatching the fight, base Bardock actually sent Chilled back a bit with his punch, even if it didn't hurt, plus tanked a full kick from Chilled.

King Vegeta died to a casual uppercut from Frieza, this leads me to believe either Bardock just caught Chilled off guard THAT bad (he had to dig his heels in to stop the momentum from the punch and was angry instead of amused), or that Bardock got a massive boost and thus am even more massive boost from SSJ.

Basically: Chilled from the movie beats Frieza, manga Chilled gets his shit pushed in.
