Can Spectrum lock down and stop superpowers ftw?

I don't know if she can lock him down but she can laser him in the face before he can do anything.

Depends on if Magneto's shields are automatically up at the start of the fight or not.

If not, then she blitzes him before he can react.

Maybe I'm not remembering Spectrums powerset right. Can he stop light rays or whatever she does?
