Vader.

They come together in solidarity due to both having f*cked up faces and find solace in each others arms.

if we are allowed to use feats from the kenobi show, then vader wins. his tk was enough to catch a ship and rip it apart easily, and then move hundreds of tons worth of boulders later on.

evolutionary's best tk (gravity) feat was crushing warlock. but warlock was gravely wounded and weakened at the time.

Even movie Vader was able to choke his admiral from across space, which was pretty OP.
