Oldman Dracula turned himself into not just a wolf like in the book, but a freaking man-wolf, so he could fornicate with Lucy. So he wins.
Khazra Reborn
Neither one were exactly feat heavy action films, but Dracula did seem more physically capable, due to the aforementioned man-wolfing, along with his other more abstract abilities.

Didn't realize someone made this thread.
Oldman Drac wins. Shrugged off getting shot in Man-Bat form, can shapeshift into a 7-foot tall werewolf, and - big bonus here - is just mildly inhibited by sunlight as Bram Stoker wrote the character, rather than immediately dying. His sense of fashion is also far above Count Orlok's, cool and crisp as a cucumber vs. some old robes and rags.
Count Orlok has the mind control thing, but that isn't working on Dracula, as that's one of his powers too. He does have a sick mustache though.

I won't be the jerk who demands oldman-wolf feats, but somebody will, I promise you
They'll kinda be justified though. Weird topic

Oldman-wolf feats?
Well we know he can shag like a champ.

Okay fine, they probably just end up sucking each other off then.
