Is Storm tier 3 or 4 now?

Essentially a quick-draw... and it depends on how much Sue's forcefields can protect her from the atmospheric and temperature manipulations that Storm can dish out right off the bat, e.g. flash freezing, or air vacuums in lungs, etc.

If Sue can just get off a forcefield right off the bat that keeps her temperature and climate stable and unable to be manipulated by Storm, then she has all the time in the world to proceed to expand a bubble inside of Storm and explode her from the inside out.

It goes both ways, which tips it in Sue's favour, IMO (surprise, surprise!)

Match starts.

Either Storm gets an attack off first, or Sue does.

Thing is, Sue can attack and defend at the same time, which Storm - whilst technically able to, rarely does so.

So Sue would get a forcefield up that might block Storm, but at the same time, Sue could also get a bubble inside Storm's heart/head with the same attack, that would definitely KO Storm.
