Can the Dark Phoenix best the swarm of nanobots?

Good battle! Jean specialized in ripping everything apart, and ironically GORT did it's final job after being ripped apart into those nanabots. Depends on if she can atomize those nanobots. Presumably she can, but those nanobots were multiplying in an amazingly fast way, splitting into two nanobots immediately after taking a bite of literally anything. It may depend on the tech or sci-fi "power" that GORT is endowed with.

So a couple other thoughts: Dark Phoenix from X3 had not received the phoenix force from outer space yet, so if that is a factor on determining power levels compared to alien GORT tech or not, so be it. Also, if Jean can not fully destroy GORT nanobots or the rate she can destroy them is less than the surviving nanobots can keep eating and replicating, she loses. She can use some telekinesis to keep surviving nanobots away, but surely she will fatigue at some point. I think GORT wins cuz nanobots keep eating everything, including probably the earth itself until she is gone.
What are standard battlefield conditions? Is there a limit to the fuel source for GORT?
If they start close with GORT together fully, she may be able to telekinetically contain it and destroy it before it starts nanoboting itself.
It's not an easy win for Jean. She wasn't affecting adamantium on Logan, and GORT may be too tough also.

X3 Jean's powers seem to cause matter to disintegrate at a molecular or atomic level beyond what GORT is capable of effecting. Jean either evaporates or crushes the GORT grey goo.
