2. A single fight holds little to no weight if the character wasn't shown fighting at the best of their abilities as shown before.

I say Cap wins because he is vastly more skilled, faster, and has much quicker reactions and perception.

Bro, KIngpin's also gotten stronger as the years have gone by. Some of his recent feats and fights don't even make sense but it is what it is.

Someone mentioned Juggernaut in here and it's kind of apt. He does feel like a mini (maxi?) Juggernaut.
