How many peeps do you have on your buddy list? I have well near 30...

Yes. No one is on my ignore list.

It's lets you know when somebody you enjoy talking with is on, or someone important if you want to relay something to them.

there are people on it, but I stick to the point that it's quite useless... you have the "who's online" to see who's online...

(ok, that last phrase is just plain stupid)

But I know who I'm talking too... and if they're on!

Hmm there are very few of the people here who I have spoken to outside of the board such as on ICQ or MSN. Of course I have chatted with Ush and Belgian Boy and my GF but other than that few others..

Everyone should add me to their Buddy lists, well I think so anyhow and possible that Mech chap too he doesn't seem a bad sort.

I'll chat on MSN to anyone, unless they are particularly dumb, yerss.

How did this go from buddy list to something of a private joke?? Anyway, I am new to the forum and have been posting for about a week, but I enjoy message boards. I have no one on my buddy list, as I am not 100% sure of it's function. I would prefer to have people on my AIM instead, and that way Iwould have people to "chat" with.

buddy list - quick way to see who's online that you talk with a lot. also quicky way to send pm's, etc.

hey, who uses the PM feature anyway?? I have never used it, and I don't think anyone would pm me. Anyway, What about those who do not use MSN? What if we prefer AIM instead?? Just another fly in the ointment!!
