No one ever said that one is not human still. That don't matter. He is the one and therefore can't be really killed until he ends the war. The agents could have done nothing to stop him.

And I realize he was killed in the matrix. But he is clearly not dead. at the end of M1 or now after M2. I won't insult anyone.

in reguards to morph, and the phone line being watched (or listened to as the case may be) the agents put a bug in neo's belly and they didn't need to trace the call. they were tracing thomas anderson's belly bug.
