I only noticed this when I heard about it:
If a scene is set in the Matrix, it has a faint green tint. This is probably because the code of the Matrix is the same colour. However, in the real world, the scenes have a faint blue tint. I'm not one to support the Zion=matrix theory, but what else could this mean?
The tints are definitely there, you hear about them in Revisited.
