Well.....ginny isn't that young if you think about it. she is only a year younger then harry. remember she had a crush on him and I think she still does. as for harry I think he is gonna start likin ginny.

Oh, and starlitegirl, JK or Harry never states that Ginny has a 'crush' on Harry. Just that Ginny was very 'taken' with Harry. . . taken is quite different then a crush. Taken is when you admire someone, but a crush is when you are obsessed with someone and like follow them around and stuff.

Also, in OotP Hermione says that Ginny 'gave up' on Harry, not that she was 'over' Harry. Those are two very different things also. Given up is when someone still loves someone (I'm talking about in general) but they give up waiting for them and move on, yet they still love the person deep down inside. While over is when someone is completely done with someone, they don't love them like that, yet they still may love them as a friend.

There are so many clues for Harry/Ginny in the books. You just have to read deep enough in them to see it. Also, did anyone else notice how JK always cuts off Harry's train of thought when it comes to Ginny?Whenever he tries to ponder something about Ginny an interruption happens and Harry never gets to complete his train of thought of Ginny. I think JK does it on purpose, so Harry can never really see how he feels about Ginny and stuff, also to keep us in the dark about how Harry really feels toward Ginny.

Well i guess that makes since but i never read books 3,4, or 5 yet waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa well i might as well go shop for them and find out for myself

proffessor mcgonagoll looks shocked @ harry and stood still

This is my first time on this board but based on what I have read in this particular topic, I do not think I will be returning. There is absolutely nothing wrong with homosexuality and as a matter of fact I do not believe that was even the question, so some of your personal opinions on that particular matter where incredibly uncalled for. Now with that said, I will focus on the original question asked. I for one am huge fan of the D/H paring - even indulge in a little fan fic writing myself, but I do not believe it will happen in the books, for the simple fact that it would not be socially acceptable. It is after all a children’s book, and since the parents are the ones buying the books... it'll never happen. I also noticed that a lot of people nix the idea of a relationship between the pair based on the fact they are rivals. Not a terribly hard hurdle to over come if you ask me, opposites attract so they say and lets not forget the greatest love story of all time was between rival houses, was it not. I know what you’re thinking, and your right it's not exactly the same thing. Romeo and Juliet were raised to hate each others families from birth... Harry only began to hate Draco when they met... and the biggest difference of all... one was male and one female. Come to think of it I wonder if it would have been so famous if it were Romeo and Julius? Hmm, I guess well never know. And another thing why is it the greatest love story of all time anyway? Does everyone forget that it was The *Tragedy* of Romeo and Juliet? Sorry got kinda off topic... it happens. Well that's pretty much all I have to say about this , normally I don't reply to such things but in this case I chose to make an exception. I really hope it made sense and if it didn‘t… oh well.

Then a girl so suddenly lifts him up from the ground, our eyes lose contact and our hand grip loosened by one finger at a time. She screams and yells that he should have been at the store across the way with the pumpkin in the window. As I shrieked Wi- something stopped me, for there was no use in trying.
The AMC theatre’ Halloween party rolled its way right in and I was going with out a date. The party was at 6:00 o’clock and I was going as ketchup and William showed up as the mustard. But my arch enemy Perra showed up as a witch. Once we got inside William repeated these same words that I will say to you. Elisabeth were have you been all my life, hiding in a haunted house?Instead of a ring he showed me two chocolate mints. He said would you be my girl friend? I said William I would but what about Perra? Oh, she is over there hitting on that guy in the Flying Dutchman costume. In that case Sure! We left the party and outside and sat near a tree bearing red flowers. He picked one off the branch and pushed it behind my ear. Right before we kissed, old lady Mc Kay jumped out of a bush and said GOTTCHA! I caught another couple over there some radciffer guy and girl named Erica. So where were said William. well you were about to kiss me… then again a boy dressed in a ghost costume jumped out of the bushes and said” HA HA you two were gonna kiss”. so we continued with our business and well you know how these stories end they kiss and get all goo goo ga ga. and so they did Elisabeth and William, radcliffer guy and Erica were happily in there right places.
