BASS IS THE FVCKIN SHIT!!! He is my second fave all-time Megaman character, behind Sigma from the X series. Will you include Bass.EXE in this thread as well?

Yeah man, Bass.EXE can be included too in this thread since it's Bass's thread. Just like Mega Man has his K9 dog Rush, Bass has his K9 dog Treble too.
Depends on which version. The original had an automatic buster(his arm gun), could double jump in-game, and could combine with his robot dog Treble, which would allow him to fly, and shoot multiple buster shots at once.
Bass.EXE is stronger IMO. In the show he had super strength to easily lift a much larger monster and throw him like a rag doll. He still had his automatic buster, only now he had one on each arm, and could shoot straight foreward, or send shots in many places in front of him, making it hard to dodge. He had a constant aura around him to protect from attacks. His strongest attack, called "Earth Breaker" I believe, he basically just slammed the palm of his hand at you, and it would destroy the ground around it and cause massive damage if it hit.

Classic and X are the best, but Classic is better since it was the first one there, that and it had great music and RM, apart from top-man; Wave-man we don't speak of them.
