John Preston vs. V
John Preston (equillibrium) vs. V. (V for Vendetta)
both going all out
I'm not sure if Johns gun will be an unfair advantage but for now theyll be allowed

Besides being a good fighter and a very accurate knife thrower, what powers did V have?
I don't remember him doing anything particularly impressive, at least compared to the Cleric's skills at avoiding bullets, well, V did fry that egg into the bread quit well.

Wiki states....

skilled armed and unarmed hand to hand combatant;
I would personally go with V, Gun Kata is only especially impressive against a secondary gun-fighter. V could stab preston to death however.
