2. I understand that he updates it, but which patient was more satisfied with their hair?

You make a good point on number 2. For all we know they hated Zohan's styles; they were just in it for the attention.
As for number 3, Ed had a cul de sac. Zohan had an ghetto. Which do you think has more people in it?
