Can this team take down Brawl?

(please log in to view the image)
Brawl, the toughest Transformer short of Prime and Megatron, is on the loose in the Sahara desert. A tough team has been assembled to stop it. Can they accomplish there mission?

Team
Iron Man
Iron Monger
T-X
Batman w/The Tumbler

Assumptions
*We're going to assume that Brawls' weaponry is slightly superior to ours.
*Please, don't say "Iron Man solos", he doesn't IMO.
*Batman can utilize The Tumbler however he sees fit.
*The T-X cannot reprogram Brawl to do what she wants.
*Batman has no qualms with killing in this fight.

Things to Consider
*Brawl overpowered the combined might of Ratchet, Ironhide, and Jazz and it took the those three autobots, sabot rounds, and F-22 missiles to completely kill it.
*Brawl was seen keeping up with the likes of Barricade and Bonecrusher on an empty highway so we can assume he can easily surpass the standard top speed of military M1 Abrams at 60 mph seeing as to the three Decepticons were likely moving as fast as they could to get to Megatron's position.

No Sabot Rounds for the team.

Again, sabot rounds where incorrectly depicted in Transformers, a sabot round is just a [larger] casing for a smaller round. The round itself can vary.

If we're going to assume that the sabot rounds that damaged the Transformers were the depleted uranium "tank buster" spikes, then it stands to reason that the team can't, as they don't have those and going by movie feats; not much of Earth tech could damage the Transformers, except those.

Iron Man is the only one that showed tank-popping ability, but he has one (possibly two) of those wrist-rocket shots and that won't do it, as Tank-boy took multiples in the final fight and keep coming back.

Only chance, if we assume Iron Man's and TX's energy based weapons are far more powerful than conventional military fire. Then yes, Tank-boy get's picked apart. Batman, Monger and TX likely go down with him.

You don't think Stane's missile will do much? T-X's plasma cannon?

The missile looked just like a missile. If we go by the "sabot only" rule, then in theory it will just be a nuisance to him as most other things in the film were.

The TX plasma and Iron Man repulsors are a maybe. As one is from the future and one is super-advanced.

Edit: When Ironhide, Ratchet and Jazz were fighting him, were they firing energy weapons or concussives?

While bullets weren't seemingly effecting them a few things were. The A-10 Gunships took off Scorponok's tail. Those are just huge rounds fired from cannons. F-22 missiles were shown severely damaging Transformers to varying degrees(Starscream seemed unaffected by one in his vehicle mode, Megatron took like 6 and was still fighting, and Bumblebee was left legless by atleast one direct hit from Starscream).

I think sabot rounds were the only weapon a human soldier could carry and damage them. Bigger mounted weapons had varied degrees of sucess.

If three autobots and a bunch of armed soldiers had trouble, then he's likely going to outlast them all.

Iron Man is going to be hard to hit though.

Wasn't the name Devastator in the film?

At first but it was a mixup. Devastator is the giant construction Decpticon seen in ROTF that was taken out by the rail gun on the pyramid.

Iron Man will be hard to hit. T-X can do some degree of damage with er plasma cannon. She's also durable as hell. She took a direct hit from an RPG with no problem.

Ratchet sliced Brawl's arms off with his blades and he still kept fighting. He pwned Jazz like he was nothing and Jazz is bigger than everyone here except for The tumbler which I'm not sure will have any sucess.

Yeah that was Bay's willful unfamiliarity with the subjects of his movie.

Devastator was always the name for the combined Constucticons.

The naming of Brawl (originally a tank/Combaticon - another combining group of Deceps that turned into military vehicles, seperately who when combined made the giant Bruticus) as Devastator was a cock up that Bay didnt even recitfy on the DVD release.
The toy was distributed as Brawl, I think.

Just proof of Bay's disregard, that he shot himself totally in the foot on the sequel.
