Predator(AvP2) vs The Alien Assassin(Witch Mountian)
The Alien Assassin(Race to Witch Mountain, Rock's new movie) returns to target more aliens, in an attempt to thwart their efforts to stop a planned invasion of Earth.
While hunting, the Assassin interferes and kills a few humans through collateral damage. This infuriates the Predator, who had been hunting the now dead humans. The Predator realizes that the Assassin would be a better trophy anyway...and decides to target it instead.
Which one wins?
Round 1. Both have access to all weapons they had onscreen

Yeah, that's true...but, let's not use that in this fight. The Assassin did fine inside the mountain killing all those soldiers without his jet. So, to make it fair....he can't travel in the jet...just on foot.
I dont think the Jet would matter, the Pred would cloak and plasma cannon it.
