Daredevil believes Spiderman to be a menace so he has been chasing him all throughout New York City..

on a sidenote which is the better plot device DD's "radar sense" or SM's "spidey sense"?

I didn't comment on that, I just simply commented on your post that asks how DD can compete with a superhuman, when, in fact, DD IS a superhuman.
