Hudson Hawk plans to steal the U.S. Constitution from the National Archives and Records Administration, just as Gates was in "National Treasure."
Hawk has access to all his tools, and he has the support of Tommy.
Can he do it? He has a week to prep, and one night/day to do the job.

Pretty sure Hawk clears. He planned and robbed the Vatican in less than a day.
